Light roasting emphasizes lavender floral notes, tartly sweet guava-like fruit, orange, and fresh raw sugar aroma and cup. Delicate, smooth bright acidity, soft, silky mouthfeel. Taste remains a gentle persistence in sweet, but dry finish.
Produced from trees of the rare Ethiopian derived botanical variety Geisha. With its generally oblong beans and distinctive floral and bright, often chocolaty Cup, the Gesha variety continues to distinguish itself as one of the most unique in the world of coffee. Located in southern Taiwan, the Cafe Impression is a Micro-Roastery owned by Jeff Chang, who also specializes in the import of green coffee in Taiwan. Cafe Impression's coffees are available exclusively online.
Who should drink It: A very capable light roast emphasizes the great natural sweetness and the orchard-like freshness of the fruit and floral notes in this memorable rendition of the great Gesha profile
