Perfect Cup Of Coffee

Brewing a cup of coffee depends on several things such as coffee quality, the quality of water used, the type of brewing done, and grinding coffee. Now the beans and the water quality is something you can easily make. Use only good quality beans and pure water.

Now we all know that we make coffee by passing hot water over ground coffee beans. But for the really good work we need to understand how much water should the bean.

Generally refers to the 'soaking' time directly to how coarse the coffee is ground. This means that smaller coffee less contact with the water needs, and coarser grinds need more contact. Espresso only exposed to water for 20-40 seconds and thus is made of very finely ground coffee.

French press, a coffee maker can be as much as four minutes and makes use of a very rough grinding. If coffee is still contacting the water too long for its grind size, unwanted extracts forward and make the coffee taste bitter. Of course, if the grind is too big and the water is very fast (like the use of Frech press grind in an espresso machine), very little of the caffeine and flavors extracted and have a bad taste.
